Thank you for choosing our watches. To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we have established the following return and exchange policy:

1. Time Limit

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Conditions

• Items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Please note that sale items and custom watches are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Due to hygiene reasons, once wristbands and other accessories are opened and used, they cannot be returned.

3. Return and Exchange Process

1. Contact Customer Service:

   • Provide your order number, reason for the return/exchange, and any relevant photos (e.g., item condition) to expedite the process.

2. Application Confirmation:

   • Our customer service team will respond to your request within business days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM).
   • If approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

3. Return the Item:

   • Please send the item back to the designated address, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
   • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund or Exchange:

   • We will process refunds or exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
   • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and processing times may vary based on the payment platform.
